I have been a small business owner since 2009 and desperately needed to make a change in my lifestyle. Lots of late nights at the office and fast food meals contributed to my gaining about 80 pounds after graduating from college. I started being more mindful of my food choices and joined a local gym but had no idea what to do when I was working out.
